Rosa immigrated to the United States with her family as a teenager, arriving in California in the early 1970s. She later settled in San Antonio, where she has lived for more than 40 years and adapted her language skills to communicate effectively with diverse cultures, including in English, Spanish, and French. She is originally from the Canary Islands, Spain, and Spanish is her first language. Her deep-rooted connection to the city and its diverse communities allows her to take a culturally and socioeconomically sensitive approach to family law mediation.
